The Numberit Licence is issued for a period of 3 years. After this initial period, new licences. or changed codes, will be charged at the rare ruling at the time.
Please note that Numberit locks onto the PC it is installed on. If the PC changes ( new Operating System, re-install, major new hardware)
 a new code may be automatically require. While 99% users never require new issues, there are some that do.
We reserve the right to withdraw the Numberit licence after year 3, where we believe the licence is  being abused.

Cancellation and Refunds
You have the right to cancel within  seven days of the Support Contract starting, or seven days of receipt of the software.  You will be refunded when you have provided proof of who you are ( please quote the Skyware Order Number and Company details), and as a courtesy, explain why you require the refund. Repayment can only be returned to the original purchasing Credit or Debit card.

Warranty : Warranty begins when the unlock codes are issued, and will continue for a period of  15 days.
