We accept the following payment methods:
      
Payments can be made in Sterling, Euros or US Dollars.
Switch and Solo - Sterling only.
VAT Sales Tax.
UK AND EU Customers ONLY.
It is the responsibility of the
Customer to provide the correct Country when purchasing. If the customer address is in the UK or EU
( unless EU customers provide
a VAT Registration Number), then VAT must be charged.
Cancellation and Refunds
You have the
right to cancel within seven
days of the Support Contract starting, or seven days of receipt of the
software. You
will be refunded when you have provided proof of who you
are ( please quote the Skyware Order Number and Company details), and as a
courtesy, explain why you require the refund.
Repayment can only be returned to the original purchasing Credit or Debit card.
Please read terms and conditions for further information on limits of liability
and licensing.
Warranty :
Warranty begins when the unlock codes are
issued, and will continue for a period of 15 days.
Backup and Security
We strongly recommend that the software is properly backed up, and virus
protected ( copying to removable media, and stored in a safe place). ***
The software is registered and software
secured to the PC it is installed on. Should the PC
configuration change or be replaced, Rod Sack Skyware, will, without cost to the
client, on
receipt of an email, including customer purchase details, provide new secured
registration codes.
However, should this become a regular occurrence for a particular client, Rod
Sack Skyware reserves
the right to withdraw support, until the client provides proof that the new
registrations are genuine.

**** Windows ME may have less support for printer drivers than other systems.

***Rod Sack Skyware is not responsible for
backup copies of the software or job files. The user is responsible for backups.
Should software need restoring as a result of system failures or changes, and no
there is no user backup is available,
charges will
be made to replace the software.
